Founder & Chief Executive OfficerDupe Olusola is the Founder and CEO of DOVA Capital, a purpose-driven investment and advisory firm focused on high-impact growth across Africa. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services, hospitality, and development sectors, driving strategic investments and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to founding DOVA Capital, Dupe served as the Managing Director and CEO of Transcorp Hotels, overseeing major business growth and operational excellence in Nigeria’s hospitality sector.
Dupe’s leadership experience also includes executive roles in asset management, real estate, and policy advisory. She has worked extensively on capital raising, institutional reform, and public-private partnerships, both in the private sector and with government agencies.
Dupe is a strong advocate for sustainable investment, corporate governance, and inclusive growth, and has built DOVA Capital on these principles. She has worked across sectors including infrastructure,
energy, technology, and financial services, helping institutional investors, family offices, and development financiers unlock value in emerging markets.
She holds an M.A. in Development Economics from the University of Kent, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Leicester, and executive education from the Lagos Business School Chief Executive Programme (2024). She is a PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dupe is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Women Corporate Directors. Her thought leadership and governance credentials are reflected in board roles spanning finance, hospitality, development, fintech, and ESG-focused institutions.
